Skatyrs welcomes you to our 2008 public concerts!

     Plan your Labor Day weekend now and include our concert in Crosslake at the Town Square on Sat. afternoon Aug. 30th from 6 to 8pm-ish.

One of our sponsors, the Larson Real Estate Group, will be selling burgers and brats at this summer's end concert. They will also have a beer garden set up and going. Grab a great picnic supper before or during our concert.

 Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, kids, grandparents, neighbors, anyone you know, as this is our last summer concert for the season at the Town Square. We love playing the outdoor Gazebo there, you will love the shops, pizza, ice cream and relaxed atmosphere around the square too.

YES folks dance on the lawn there and the kids have a blast, especially with a few of the crowd participation songs. Ever play a cow bell or tamborene?

 We are a local group from the Nisswa, Brainerd, and Crosslake Area that is best described as a "variety" band. We play music from the 1950's to the 2000's. Just to name a few would include The Stones, Doobie Brothers, The Animals,Van Morrison, George Thorogood, Mellencamp, Steve Miller, CCR and Elvis. We play many types of specialty market jobs such as street dances, christmas parties, special events, and some bar jobs as well. We are a "Classic Rock and Roll Band" with a touch of jazz and swing.
